Policy
- Rates subject to change with out notice.
- 50% deposit required at time of booking.
- 50% balance due 30 days prior to arrival.
- Confirmation letter mailed or e-mailed to you upon receipt of deposit.
- Deposit refunded less $40 administration fee if cancellation occurs 30 days or more prior to check-in.
- Cancellation with less than 30 days' notice will forfeit your deposit. We will do our best to rebook the property. If successful, we will refund your deposit less $40.00.
- Prices are subject to 6% gst.
- Damage deposit of $1000 is required. This can be secured by cheque or credit card. This amount is not processed unless required, after check-out.
- Check-in time is 4:00 pm, check-out is at 10:30 am.
- Property is non-smoking.
